I'm trying to install my own PKI Root Ca on my Windows Mobile device in order to use Exchange ActiveSync. If I simply open the certificate on my device it is always installed in the intermediate certificate store but not in the Root store. I've tried this with different exported certificate formats, no luck. I found an way to install a certificate on a Windows Mobile device that gives the option to force the certificate into the correct store. This did work, but my device still doesn't trust the certificate of the webserver.
